Update History

My updates list was getting too long, so I decided to move all but the most recent one here.

Update: 4-9-2005
The site has moved! No more GeoCities! Yay! Using this chance to update a bunch of out-of-date information, links, etc.

Update: 2-1-2005
18 months later, I update. Wow. I'm in an HTML workshop right now at the U of MN, so I'm using some of the things I'm learning to touch up the site. One thing I did was add bullets to the directory (speeshul). Updated my e-mail address. Yeah... Well, things'll change, but no-one will care.

Update: 7-23-2003
Haven't updated in a while, ne? And this update is only for a school project, none the less! ^^; But, to be honest, this thing is a piece of crap. I'm gonna delete it by the time regular school starts.
Deleted two of my mp3s to make space.
Yea... That's all.

Update: 2-15-2003
Erm... Heh... Yea... Not really anything. Edited the description of the grep *. Changed some files... I'll update for real - sometime? In the mean time, I now have an online diary at http://tsukikage85.diaryland.com/. Check it out!

Update: 12-2-2002
Deleted all counter codes. Added quiz mp3 pages. Working on a pics site, but first I desperately need to make thumbnails.

Update: 11-29-2002
I know I'm in desparate need of an overhaul - gomen. I've been working on some minor stuff lately (ie. backing up the site to my comp). I really wish geocities had a synchronization system, or something. It would make my life so much easier... (Well, my life as related to my website, which isn't much of it.) I also added a page with pics of me and my friends, but I'm not ready to show you guys that yet (I still need permissions and thumbnails). I promise you, I'll set up a decent layout next summer. (At the latest... ^^;;;)
Oh, by the way: my mom told me that I have wipe my website of all it's anime contents. Although I feel that she has _absolutely no right_ to tell me what I can and can not put on my website, I have decided that I will compromise by not updating any of the anime pages. I will not, however delete what I already have. To those 1 of you (including me) who visit my website without me asking you to, don't despair: I'll be 18 in 10 months...

Update: 10-22-2002
I found a fun essay on Japanese today! Wanna see?
http://www-unix.oit.umass.edu/~thoureau/japanese.html
Makes me kind of embarassed, though: I could certainly be considered the Anime Freak student, although I take pride in the fact that I have actual interest in Japanese culture, not just media. (voices in my head: "yea, you just keep telling yourself that..." me: "be quiet!") Well, gotta go find another method of procrastination. Mata ne.

Update: 10-3-2002
Yea! I have DSL at my mom's now! As a celebration, I'm going to put up an mp3 (it uploaded in under 5 minutes!) of a song I love - One Song Glory from Rent. Click here to download it.

Update: 4-28-2002
Nothing much. Just added a couple of links. Thinking about changing the background - not that there's anyone to notice. Please, do your part to help Save Internet Radio!

Update: 4-14-2002
Building a website is such an excellent way to procrastinate. You know, I'm actually thinking of putting up a procrastination page! Anyways, I've basically done some re-organization. I moved the links to a separate folder, since I was getting to many images in my main folder, and it was annoying me. Also, a friend of my at the grep * wanted me to make some screen-shots of Rei, and as a result I ended up adding a Kodomo no Omocha site, And How Sweet Fruit Juice Is.... Stupid title, but oh well. You can visit it via the directory, but I should warn you that it only contains five images - no actual content. Anything else?... Oh, yea! I added links to my 7th grade geography project, Nastassja's Neighborhood. It was made before I had a geocities account, so it has been located on my dad's ad-free website. I wanted to have a copy of it that was "my own", so I had Dad send me the files so I could duplicate them here. I made a one slight change (my e-mail address), but other than that, left it the same. In any case, I linked both versions, the updated and the ad-free. So, that is all. Jaa.

Update: 3-31-2002
I added a links list and moved all but the most recent update (this one) to a separate page. Also, I feel that I must tell you that I have signed up to be an associate for Anime Castle, so that anything you buy through my links to Anime Castle will earn me money. I don't want to be dishonest by not telling you so. That's all for now.

12 days after the due date, my cleft site is done! Yes! Man, that took longer than I thought it would. Now, if anyone does check out the site *crosses fingers*, please ignore all the typos that are likely to be present. I was way too tired when I did it. Well, that's all for now. Oyasumi nasai.

3-20-2002
Still haven't done that health project. You surprised? However, I did ad a fic to my GW section, More Graceful, Lady Une. Umm, I think that's all. I'm gonna try to add a link list soon.
P.S. I greatly urge all who want to save free internet radio to visit http://www.saveinternetradio.org/ now. Need a good example of why? Check out the great programming at Japan-A-Radio. (Or I could just add a links section...) It's well worth it!

3-16-2002
New section went up today, though it's still under construction: Nastassja's Cleft Lip and Palate Site. You can find it under the direcory. It's actually a project for my health class at school. It was due Friday, but I was (luckily) saved by the announcement of a SNOW DAY! YEAH! We haven't had one of those since forever! Anyways, I have till Monday to do it, so it'll be done by then. Although, there's some pictures I want to add which I may do later. (I won't be able to scan them by monday.) So, that's all for now. Jaa.

Long time no update! Well, today I have two updates for you, neither on content, but both important. First of all, I was on the Anime News Network (http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/) the other day, and I found an interview by Kyle Pope, writer of "The Edit List", with Cartoon Network on Toonami editing. Although I still think that the Cartoon Network edits shouldn't exist, at least this article helped me to better understand the reasons for the edits. Not to mention, I found the article itself to be fascinating. I want to show my thanks to Kyle Pope, the Anime News Network, Mr. de Marco (who supposedly represented Cartoon Network), and Cartoon Network itself for this effort.
Second update: Recently, critic Milo Miles did a review of Cowboy Bebop on NPR's "Fresh Air". It wasn't much, but at least it put in a good word for the show. And aren't you wondering what non-otaku think of anime? Anyways, if you have Real Player, you can get to the interview at http://www.npr.org/ramfiles/fa/20020301.fa.03.ram.
Well, jaa ne, minna-san.

10-27-2001
Wow, it's already 4:31 AM. Maybe I should go to bed? Nah... Actually, I have made some updates (which only I will see, since I'm the only one ever at this site). I don't remember what, though. Anyways, I found a great quote I'd like to share with you all:
"Child's Toy makes Animaniacs look tame."
http://mickey.cis.yale.edu/~greenj/observations/chtoy.txt
OK, that was completely stupid, I know, but what can I say? By the way, Child's Toy is a reference to the anime series "Kodomo no Omocha" (which would be my current favorite, even above "Cowboy Bebop," if it weren't for the fact that _I haven't seen it in three frickin' months!_).
Oh yeah, I put up an _incredibly_ crude directory on the main page (I guess that would be this one). I thought we needed one, and I'm too lazy at the moment to do the HTML research on how to change font style. Pathetic, ne?

I took away the coding to get rid of the geocities ad box, just in case they might delete my account because of that (and because of that stupid script at the bottom). Sorry.

9-16-2001
Nice to see you again! Some of the stuff above was actually added today, and the thing I'm mentioning now might have been done yesterday - my memory fails me often. Anyways, I now have a guestbook, so sign it! Oh, and ignore that weird bunch of really small text at the bottom; it banishes the geocities pop-up for me.

9-15-2001
This site is still in its early stages of development (for those of you who don't know, nanashi means something like "no-name" in Japanese). Anyways, it'll be that way for a while. However, finally, I can say that IT IS UP! The layout is still very simple, and I don't currently have the time to set up a better one. However, I do have a Gundam Wing page, More Graceful, Lady Une..., with two items up, as well as Nastassja's Anime Sound Source.
